Tried to order at one of the stations and they couldn’t hear us. Moved closer to the microphone like they asked and they still couldn’t hear us. Received no communication back about how they were going to accommodate given the problem with their microphone or whatever other problem they had. Had to go through the drive-through instead and they had additional problems correctly taking our order and expressed a poor attitude when doing so.

Burger had chemical residue aftertaste. Maybe they just cleaned the grill. My stomach was unsettled the day after. I don’t recommend ordering anything close to closing time. I don’t feel safe eating anything at this location anymore.

I ordered 2 drinks at 10 PM on the Sonic app while I was sitting in the Sonic parking lot. I was 1 of maybe 5 cars when I ordered. After watching cars come and go with their orders and realizing I had waited 20 minutes without mine I rang the button to ask where my drinks were. A worker confirmed my name and said they’d bring them out to me. Nope, 12 more minutes I decided I was done waiting. Left at 10:32 PM without my drinks. I paid to sit in the sonic parking lot for 32 minutes. nice.

Please don’t come here unless you want to wait at the drivethru window for at least 30 minutes. There are several kiosks that don’t work, which doesn’t really matter because no one is coming out to take your order even if you do get one that works.

Usually Sonic food is fresh but tonight’s visit was not good. The tater tots were stuck together in a lump along with a few fries. The grilled cheese was burnt and had no butter on the bread as a usual grilled cheese does. Sorry J.I. not a good effort tonight

Bottom bun of burger had mold on it! Wife started eating it on the way home but said it was cold, so she would heat in in the microwave. She noticed the mold when she took it out of the wrapper to pop it in after having already taken a few bites of it. Check you food for mold from this place!
