Everything was delicious. The lasagna was a little too cheesy though and not enough meat in it. The wings were great. The waitress wasn’t too informative on what the best things they had to eat . She was like everything be frozen and they heat it up. ..Our pizza was tasty as well.

Last few times I have gone they have had staff horse playing, being loud and gathering around the register as if they were hanging out in highschool. This will deter me coming back in the future as a frequent customer where we have staff lunch and dinner.

ZERO STARS. CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE. did online order. got there, teenager working the register couldn’t be bothered. asked to sub salad for cole slaw online. when got there, person handing me the order said, yes subbed. got to car, wasn’t. went back in, waited patiently to get help again. cashier who couldn’t be bothered said “we don’t have cole slaw.” they couldn’t tell us that to begin with??? didn’t see any of the servers working except one guy out of 5. rest were visiting near the kitchen, laughing and cutting up. had to order online cause their line was busy. online charges a “fee.” people going in and out of the kitchen like it was a play place. no organization. the owner could have a decent place but the customer service is so lacking, he’s going to fold.

The food was great as always but our waitress was horrible this time. She had someone bring her a vape and spent more time going in restroom to vape than actually tending to us. Our “appetizer” breadsticks came out with our 2 pizzas instead of before so the table was full with nowhere for us to actually put out plates to eat she never came to see if food was alright nor if we needed refills on drinks. Placed my order in at 3:30 over the phone with a guy only to take a 30 minutes drive and have a lady tell me my order was never placed , she didn’t even go check or ask someone if it even existed placed order at window and waited in the reserved spot for over another 30 minutes no one never brought me my food I pulled back up at window she turned her back and walked off came back asked me what was my order and brought it . Instructions I gave when placing order as not followed food was soggy and wasn’t worth my gas wasted nor 30$ for quality im highly disappointed on the ticket It says he mr name is Alayna ,mid 60s your customer service skills are horrible and when having to give you my money you’re up there shaking as if me being black is a problem I’m highly disappointed
