After attending FanExpo, we decided to find a nice place to eat and came across 1518. It turned out to be a great choice! The bar had a pleasing aesthetic throughout, making it a visually enjoyable place to dine. What made it even better was its convenient location, just a short walk from the convention center. The food was delicious, offering a satisfying meal that hit the spot. The drinks were equally enjoyable, perfectly complementing the dining experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time at 1518 and would definitely consider returning in the future.

My husband and I were looking somewhere relaxing to go after work. We stumbled upon this beautiful place. We were discussing on where to go standing across the street from this establishment. A staff member waved at us from across the street and invited us in. This is our favorite place to go when in the city. From the Owner to the Waiter(s) Bartenders Customers. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Let me not forget the food is delicious, flavorful and fresh. Happy Hour menu is perfect.

Came upon the 1518 Bar and Grill looking for a place for drinks and dinner. Excellent find! Rick, our server, was terrific and attentive. The cocktails, wine, and beer were fantastic. We had calamari as an appetizer and it was some of the best we’ve ever had. Two of us chose the steak salad for dinner and one chose a house salad with grilled shrimp. All were delicious!! Definitely recommend this great place.

The foods was really great. Drinks were delicious! Pulled pork, hamburger, turkey club and Thanksgiving sandwich all wayyyyy better than most places! Slightly toasted buns, great side salad with fresh greens, veggies and excellent balsamic dressing. Tasty fries too! This was at 11pm! Definitely will return the next time we are in Philly!

Service was great and accommodating. Was torn between the pulled pork bbq sandwich and the apple walnut salad. Got both. The sandwich was lighter than most, not heavily sauced at all but still pretty good. Was really looking forward to the salad…it was okay. All the ingredients you want are there, but it did fall a little flat for flavor somehow. I think it’s only dressed lightly with oil. Overall good though. Atmosphere at 9 PM during a 76ers game is as expected, people coming in and out to check the TVs, LOTS of people standing outside and looking in while smoking and it drafting in through the open window (and we were sitting in front of that window), and dim lighting. Would visit again, in a different seat.

The filet tips sandwich was extremely delicious!!! The meat was some of the most tender meat I’ve had in a sandwich and the cheese on it was melted in there perfectly. It was paired with the perfect combo tasty fries and a pickle spear!! Definitely recommend!?

Very cute, quaint bar. Our waitress was so attentive. We ordered BBQ wings, Joyful Almond, spring roll appetizer, and a Melon/Apple Fizz. My spring rolls unfortunately had a bit of grease that wasn’t drained from them but she immediately took ownership and returned them to the chef. We also had lightly sauced BBQ wings that had great flavor. Our visit was short and sweet and I would return. Thank you Marika!

Food & service were very nice until I got the bill. Drinks were subpar and I spoke to our server she said she’ll have the bartender remake them, or offer us shots. I responded with “I don’t want to create more work for you, so shots are fine thank you!” We were billed for the shots, so I asked why she said” sorry, I had to” I left a note along with $0 tip and the same response she gave me. I’ve never done this, but to offer me a drink to fix a problem and bill me for it then disregard my concerns is unreasonable.
