When we go get take-out we’re all looking for A dinning experience that can’t be purchased in the frozen food section. I even went back and had the cook try again. KFC was always that magical place as A kid . If you are going to offer chicken strips tenders etc they had better be as good as Raissing Cane and Dairy Queen. The new Lemonade was tasty don’t think the fries are not an improvement.The worst part of this is the low standards we have had to set.I want the best or I’ll just check out the freezer section.

Purchased the 8pc tender meal, 4 biscuits and two large sides, it’s been awhile since I’ve went to a KFC and definitely won’t go back, biscuits and tenders are half the size of what they used to be, didn’t get any sauces or the honey, all for $31 it is definitely not worth it

Got my usual order of chicken planks. There was one plank that appeared fresh but rest looked like it had been recooked. No Mac and cheese as ordered. Have called and giving another chance but let me tell you. No phone or customer skills by one but yes I give credit to the one who did.

We just got the $20 fill up. (Drive-thru) The chicken wasnt bad but pieces were really small. Coleslaw was good! Mash potatoes were not the same, most likely the cheap version. Gravy wasn’t bad but also not the same. Biscuits were kinda hard but flavor was good. Didn’t get butter or honey spread. Overall not impressed. Customer service however were nice.

Tonight was one of those nights where the family could not decide what to eat. We decided to give our hometown KFC the benefit of the doubt as we have had bad experiences at this location in the past. The man who had taken our seemed to want to hurry us out of the drive-thru line as our order was placed around 8:10 PM. According to their hours online, they close at 9:30 PM. There should be no excuse for rude customer service. We initially wanted to get three of their drumstick and thigh boxes with extra crispy skin (their K1 combo). The man had informed us that “they would not be making any more extra crispy chicken and that we had to make another selection.” I was okay with this as I am also a fan of their original recipe skin (though I don’t understand why they could have run out of chicken that early before closing). For sides, we wanted 1 cup of mac and cheese, and two cups of mashed potatoes and gravy. The meals also come with a biscuit, cookie, and regular sized drink. When we opened our food at the dinner table, all three of the boxes had mac and cheese. I have developed a sensitivity to cheese and was pretty disappointed to see this. I should have checked the bag before leaving the drive-thru instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt. The chicken was very dry and old tasting giving me the impression that it was sitting in their warmer since their “dinner rush.” Overall, if I could give this experience a half star, I would! I can’t keep giving this location chance after chance for much longer. Hopefully they read the reviews posted on here and make adjustments to better serve the customer.
