I’ve been going there for 3 years almost everyday. I always greet the cashier and manager with a smile. All I get is a smug look in return. Younger staff are pleasant, and All the older staff have attitudes and are extremely rude!! I’ll save my $4 daily and make my coffee at home. Not even going to get into how filthy they are.

Just your average Dunkies. Staff has rotated a lot since I’ve known this place, so can’t be entirely sure what kind of interaction you’ll encounter in any given week. I don’t come here to often, but it’s not a bad place to pop in for a quick coffee and bite. The times I’ve been here have been mostly out of convenience and their location and—for the most part—service has been fast and courteous.

On 7/20/2023 I stopped by and purchased a Boston cream doughnut and a chocolate glaze my check # 5833 that I took home to eat, and discovered the were days old and had been refrigerated. Aren’t they supposed to be fresh daily? They both were disgusting and I threw in the garbage. I didn’t go back to store for a refund, because my transportation is now unavailable. So disappointed being sold old wet, stale soggy doughnuts. I’m keeping my receipt, I want a refund.

I visited this place a couple of times. I thought both times the personnel was a little rude and not really interested in their jobs. Also: there are no seats… So this is not the place if you’re looking forward to having a cup of coffee while seated.
