We just ordered our first box, and are super impressed in terms of the quality, flavor, and quantity! We heard about Ice Age Meals through a couple of sponsored CrossFit athletes. These meals are going to allow for better portion control, and healthy eating. We’ve been with Ice Age Meals for the last year and a half, and could not be happier! My wife and I both work, and the frozen paleo meals are a great grab and go option for those of us that are always moving! Flavorful, healthy, and relatively manageable for macro management, I would recommend these as an option for anyone who does not have the time to make their food in the kitchen. Nick also has all the recipes for free on Paleonick.com if you choose to replicate your favorites!! My wife and could not be more thankful to Nick and his team.

Delicious, healthy, fresh & high quality meals! They are definitely something I would cook at home. I love the time saving not having to travel to the grocery store, look for recipes & cook. I can’t tell you how much money we are saving by not throwing away the food that expired, we forgot about or just got bored with. Yes, Ice Age Meals may seem costly to some but we are saving money because of all the above. I run a small business & have 4 kids including a toddler. This service is a life saver for our family! My kids love the meals as well. They are generously portioned so 1 meal is enough for 2 pre-teen kids. All macros are listed on each box so the meals are perfect for training athletes/bodybuilders (like my husband).

Great meals with quality ingredients, my go to meals when I don’t want to cook. I haven’t tried one that I didn’t like a usually eat at least 1-2 a day. Also love that they are frozen so they don’t go bad if I choose to miss a few days. I used to to meal prep service but didn’t like that I only had a few days to eat the meals. I highly recommend these if you want a tasty meal that you can have no prep and no clean-up.
