My family and I have been customers for years now. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but my most recent experience (7/21/23) wasn’t a good one. I ordered lemon chicken meal. The chicken had a weird taste to it. That taste when you reheat chicken the next day. My daughter’s orange chicken was hard. Not crunchy. Hard. We had noticed the quality declining slowly, but today was definitely the last meal from New Wok.

Stopped here to pickup Sunday dinner. Absolutely no one in the dinning area. I saw more people picking up their take out orders. I ordered their Mongolian Beef combo plate with double white rice and their Orange Chicken combo plate with double fried rice. The food was good and hot.

Just mediocre. Got the orange chicken and it was to hard and not much meat, need more sauce. The beef and broccoli lacked flavor. Egg roles must have been there a bit they had an old grease taste.

Maybe I just have unrealistic expectations, but my first time here and it wasn’t good. Fried rice with no veggies, orange chicken appeared to be dry just re-marinated, but was still dry. Not a lot of flavor at all. Not worth what I paid for in IMO.
