Just the best food consistently. Always fresh, always cooked perfectly, my kids will only eat Pizza Factory pizza. They are so good, so kind, a real friendly neighborhood place. The menu is beyond extensive and yet everything is always perfect. They did make a mistake on my salad 1x on the last 3 yrars and they fixed it and comped me. I just love this place, for me there is literally no other place for takeout because of the consistent quality and consistent friendliness. Id give this place 10 stars if theyd let me.

Fresh salad even at late night, tasty Alfredo pizza and quick delivery. One star less as they charged me for toppings that I asked them to remove citing the computer can only do that. On the other hand they charged me extra for additional topping I added! Else happy with the food.

I’ve had their chicken pasta Alfredo & it is so good. Lately I have been ordering the honey BBQ chicken fingers, I get them crispy and they’re so good. One of my coworkers tried it and ended up loving it.

Not a review on the food or staff but I just got off the phone with them after they told me they don’t deliver to my address. They told me to try another place by the same owner. That place is further away from my house than they are and reviews weren’t as good so I called back and said “hey so I just checked and that place is actually further away” .. someone else got on the phone and asked my address again. They stated again that they couldn’t deliver here. My house isn’t even 2 miles from them. It’s literally a 5 Minute drive. Not bashing the place or anything. The pizza looks really good in the photos. Curious, is there some sort of reasoning that I’m missing? Im assuming they deliver to places well over 2 miles / 5 minutes.
