The service and staff was absolutely amazing, especially because they were working without AC. When questioned about the AC I was told that it’s been out for nearly a week! How can you allow your employees to work in conditions like that is beyond me. There should have been an immediate solution to that. It’s 110 degrees outside. I will be reporting the building to OSHA for unsafe work conditions. Fix your AC for your staff and your customers.

Order delivery from somewhere else if you can. Waited over an hour for the status to change from Order Received before calling. Took over an hour to get through to someone after being hung up on multiple times. I was placed on mute to wait for someone to cancel my order, but after waiting 10 minutes I placed my phone on mute. The lady then picked up which I’m sure she was hoping I hung up, and I stated I wanted to cancel my order. She was annoyed that I wanted to cancel, and reluctantly stated that she would process the cancellation. Almost three hours now, order still is not cancelled. I’ll be disputing the charge should it process through my bank.

Walked in Jimmy Johns around 130pm. There must have been about 10 people in the store having lunch. Walked up to the counter to order and the girl at the counter told me that they were no longer taking orders because they were out of bread. Meanwhile, there was a pan full of bread right behind her. Didn’t put up a fuss. Just walked out and went to Publix instead. Way better sub in the end.
