I ordered a burrito bowl today a steak one at 4:30pm and I live in Soddy Daisy, which is about 30 minutes away from this restaurant when I was ordering my burrito bowl the guy that was making it for me. I had one go to a different area to get more rice because there was no rice, available white rice, lettuce, and gave me the rest of the steak that was in the thing which was about a normal helpings worth. He asked me if that was fine or if I wanted more and I said that was Fine, when I got home, the steak was so dry so over cooked from being under those lights that the burrito bowl was just straight garbage I got maybe three bites in and had throw it away I’m very disappointed especially because for one person meal it’s not cheap at all. I even paid extra for guacamole that I now have to throw away.

It takes a lot for me to write a post like this, but I want to warn others. I ordered a burrito bowl & it was disgusting and awful! The quality of meat was terrible & the portion size of the meat was tiny, the white rice was way undercooked, the black beans were rancid & shouldn’t have been used & the lettuce was old and wilted. I would definitely NOT come to this location.

The food was good as usual but for some reason the counters and the kitchen areas aren’t EVER VERY CLEAN. I’m a retired Chef and I understand how appearance is in a culinary situation but I don’t believe they do. I guess in Tennessee they don’t do health inspections or give grades like they do in other cities but I feel that it’s needed. It would hold the this restaurant and others to a kuch higher standard. I didn’t mean to go overboard but this has been on my mind for a while. Thanks for the opportunity to speak my mind..

At first I was confused at the bad reviews when I first tried chipotle because it was good..but then I went again and they got my burrito bowl wrong. I just went back today for a bowl for me and a burrito for my bf. Instead of that they gave me a burrito with my fillings but put the sticker on it that said “bowl.” They gave my bf a bowl with his fillings but put the sticker on it that said “burrito.” Wow

Really really awful. I was so disappointed. The brown rice on my burrito was not cooked thoroughly. The queso was the worst I’ve ever had, it didn’t even taste like cheese. The prices are high too. Staff was rude.

The burrito bowl I order via door-dash had was only about 1/3 as full as it normally is. I’m not sure what is going on with these places, but I recommend going in instead of taking out. They all seem to be skimping on the food if you order online. I feel ripped off.
