Service is friendly and fast. However, if you want to avoid having high blood pressure, I would not eat here because the food is extremely over-salted. It was hard to enjoy my chicken burrito because it was drenched in very salty cream sauce and the filling and guacamole was salty as well. I wish the chefs responsible for making this food were more aware about the dangerous amount of salt they’re serving people in this restaurant. We need salt, but not this much.

I have been to this establishment in the past always had wonderful food and service. But on this day a couple of friends and myself were unfortunate enough to be served by an older heavy set woman that, quite frankly ,needs to be put out to pasture. She seemed purposely slow and over the top rude. The before lunch chips were cold and seemed to be from the bottom of the bag . We ordered the big Nacho plate and asked that the jalapenos tomatoes and other toppings be served on the side. 20 minutes later we were brought a greasy burnt plate of chips beef and cheese with mushy jalapeno peppers and then we’re forced to ask for the rest of the toppings that we ordered on the side which I have pictured below the tomatoes were more white than red & maybe tablespoon of guacamole and sour cream waited another 5 minutes for the “Super Burrito” I ordered. Also picture below . So disappointing it looked like a TV dinner made for kids. I was hungry and did not have another half an hour to wait for the Super Burrito in which I ordered.

I ordered take out, picked up at lunch time. I got there to pick up and pay, and the price was almost $20 more than on line was showing when I ordered. Eventhough I ordered at 12:45 they were charging me Dinner menu prices. When I asked about it they said I had to specify Lunch menu. So they took it back and took food out of it. ( what a joke) And when I questioned why there was an extra charge for tortillas to go with the Vegetarian fajitas. He couldn’t explain it, and said the cash register wooldnt let him take it off(??) And they also charge a 25cent a bag charge. It was a joke. The price was still higher than it had shown online when I ordered. By 20%. And by the way its Friday at 1:30 and they had no customers in the restaurant. I’m not sure this place is doing very well. I left feeling over charged for sure, and very disappointed in the service and price gouging.

I’ve been here several times spanning 4 years. The food has always been okay, I stick with the basic combo meals. The service is strange. I hate being called amigo over and over, and the pacing is rarely accommodating. They’ll ignore you before getting your order, then rush you to finish and drop the check early, or try to hard sell you some gnarly sounding dessert.

I ordered two complete dinners for pickup the only thing worse than the food was the service there were no napkins or eating utensils with the order or salsa when I asked for some salsa please to put on the two dinners I ordered they made me pay $2.50 for a little teeny cup of salsa a piece apparently if you get takeout it doesn’t come with salsa it’s separate charge if you eat in the restaurant though it’s free the person that gave me my order acted like I was trying to get over on them the manager was even worse he came out and acted like I was being unreasonable and in front of everyone was very rude and insulting when he handed me my salsa I mean all I was asking for was a little salsa for each of the meals I ordered what I ended up getting was about two tablespoons of salsa which came with the fee of $2.50 a piece I mean even Taco Bell gives you free sauce with your meals. You would think if you’re paying $20 a person for dinner they could afford to give you the two tablespoons of salsa for free. Then when I got the food home it was cold and I’ve had better enchiladas from the frozen food section at Safeway.

EDIT: Replying to the owner. I’ve been bartending since 2007. I know what a fresh margarita tastes like, looks like (not bright puke green) and how long it should take. I hadn’t taken a bite of a chip before my margarita came out. Im sorry but it was not fresh. Nothing of quality comes out that quick.

Shrimp had a real bizarre after taste like it was old. The chicken was extremely bland. I had the pollo fundido, it’s like a burrito stuffed with chicken and topped with cream cheese and American cheese. Probably the most bland dish I’ve had from a Mexican restaurant. Kinda like when someone hands you homemade Mac and cheese and the pasta is just straight up plain with no seasonings like the cheese is the ONLY thing it has going for it. My significant other had the shrimp fajitas and she couldn’t eat the shrimp cause she said it had a weird after taste. I tried one to see if she was just saying it just because but no, it really did have that kind of taste of bad seafood that should be thrown out. Probably shouldn’t eat here if you want REAL Mexican food. This food is literally aimed at people who only season their chicken with salt and then they say, “OOH IT’S SPICY ” at least the waitresses were very nice.

This is my absolute favorite local Mexican restaurant!!! Hands down! I have been coming here for years. Staff is nice,fast and attentive. Food is delicious and I don’t know of one single time I haven’t been quickly seated, waited on with chips and salsa and our order shortly after. We do a lot of pick up orders as well and they have never messed up. Restaurants and humans in nature have bad days and sometimes restaurants deal with unpleasant people. So please don’t judge this place based on any opinions except your own. Give it a try! The couple negative reviews have me baffled because I have only ever been treated well in this establishment and always walked away with great memories and a full belly.
