If you are a door dash driver or just anyone in general do not ever order here! These kids straight scammed us. Charged $21.49 before tax for a $20 family meal. When i asked what happened luis H said it was because i asked for 2 of the pieces spicy…. thats now how it works.. Also upcharged $.50 for this dry mac and cheese that was only filled 1/2 way. If my door dash driver pulled up with this hot mess i would have thought it was my driver and probably shorted the tip…. These kids should be fired! 100% DON’T go here for food. And he stole $2 of my change.

The speaker never works. They never have macaroni or spicy chicken and when they do it’s dry. They don’t fill the cups up full with the sides they’re always half cup horrible service every time.

Nasty! I went by today and ordered 2 family size cole slaw and a family size green beans. I got only 1/2 way fills on all three. See pictures That’s crazy. I can put one in the other to make a full one! Then I found a curly BLACK HAIR on the bottom side of the cup! This place is a disgrace to the name “Church’s Chicken”! Will be complaining to their area or regional supervisor.

Is there a corporate number we can call? Management is just as bad as some of the employees. I got a hard bun on my chicken sandwich they forgot my drink I asked for salt and it was put off until another order was taken out my order was supposed to be ready at 635 and wasn’t ready until around 650 and the girl that works there just stared at me through the window as if it wasn’t obvious that I was waiting for something. Last time I went she was in and out late at night spraying the floors with a water hose but being very rude with her attitude. It’s ridiculous
