I get it. Everything costs more these days. But if these restaurants don’t start making the food more enjoyable, more appealing, more tasty or at a minimum fresh and warm, Joe public is going to stop eating at these establishments. 15.00 dollars for 6 little chicken tenders that were cold and as tough as shoe leather. Not sure, but we would bet they were cooked twice. Simply uneatable. Wife is furious and wants her money back. I will never go back to this KFC and it’s not the only location I have experienced this. But this visit will forever sway my opinion about dinning at another KFC again. Chick-fil-a is the same money and 10-times the quality. Lesson learned for the last time.

I ordered an 8 PC meal and they gave me 4 tenders, 3 wings and a leg. Hardly worth the $27 that the meal cost. They also forgot the biscuits. This is the second time I’ve been given the wrong items and this will be the last time ever visiting this KFC.

The place was filthy. The bathrooms had not been cleaned in days, it reaked of urine. All the tables were dirty. The soda fountain has spilled soda all over the counter top and floor. And the kitchen was slightly better. The worst part was they were slow at lunch time. All the employees did not seem to care about the state of their restaurant.

It’s too bad that a simple order can be messed up. My bad for not checking the bag before I got home. Had to make a trip back for the missing items (30 minutes round trip), which seems ridiculous since we asked for sauce for the specific missing items. We got the sauce but no corn dogs. It’s not the end of the world, just a bummer that good service is hard to find.

Husband tried to be nice and get dinner for everyone, thinking he was lucky that he was the only one in the drive thru.. well 50 dollars later come home with this sad excuse of a meal. Got a whole 16 piece WITH ONE BREAST and the rest these what I can best describe as chicken balls? Nothing but a bucket of chicken bones. It went great with my half filled Mashed potatoes that from what I can taste have been sitting in a pan since this morning. Wash it all down with what I think used to be gravy? No one here cares don’t waste your hard earned money on people who don’t deserve a penny.

Drove thru to get 8 pc family bucket. Got original and xtra crispy but it had a roast flavor to it not the typical KFC flavor. 4 Biscuits came with order. Asked for butter and honey and got 2 packs of honey and 3 butters. Mashed potatoes tasted like bad instant.
