I called over 48 hours before I needed to place an order for 100 people. The young lady on the phone was working wonderfully with me but told me her General Manager would need to call me back the next day, early am. I didn’t get a call back so I called at 1 pm, I was told they were too busy to talk (completely understandable) and the GM wouldn’t be in until the next day at 5. I explained I needed the pizzas by 11:30 am the next day, and I was told that was nothing she could do. I asked if she or someone could call me back when they weren’t so busy and she said “I probably can but probably not”. I told her I had to have someone call me back and she stated “she didn’t have time to talk to me”. I called another pizza place and the manager helped me not only get my order in but to make it budget friendly. Will definitely not call this Dominos again.

I’ve ordered twice from the Saginaw State St location both huge mistakes. Before that ordered from your other Saginaw location an even bigger mistake and waste of money. Ordered thin with pepperoni bacon and banana peppers does the picture look like banana peppers? Would not answer phone then when they did was put on hold then hung up on 5 times trying to call back. My traditional crust pizza was raw literally and wrong toppings on my thin crust. Horrible and disgusting. Waste of time and money.

Ok, I ordered this from State Street Dominos took almost two hours to deliver.. wen I called they didn’t answer the first two times third tim I was instantly put on hold for 18 minutes when we called using a different phone they answered. Didn’t offer a refund or an apology said driver was coming. When I said this is wrong you have me on hold now for 18 minutes! Lady hung up on me. Pizza arrived Cold, bread full of grease. Sauce cut in weird squares. My last time I’ll ever order Dominos. So sad. I loved them in the 80’s

Made a order at 531pm at 6 it was still prepping, called the store manager said it was just going in at 615 time order was placed, hung up very rude, called back still very rude told I’m lying about my order which I got screenshot, manager put me on hold for 9 mins than a worker got on talked was nice out me on hold for the manager again 7 mins on hold after being told again I’m lying, called back wouldn’t answer my call guessing calling id called off a text free appt they answered and I cancelled the order, worker who is nice told the manager I wanted to speak to her and she said call back after Christmas, ordered cancelled, I understand it’s Christmas Eve and probably busy but to be called a liar and put on hold and hung up on me isn’t right, am not happy at all. Got screenshot of ordering tracker and when order was placed, plus time on phone. This is why we order at the store and pick up.

About 2 or 3 years ago dominos on state street were horrible and were the worst customer service. I didn’t go back for a while. Until recently, I had hoped that they are doing better because I do love dominos. Sure enough, they did and are doing much better in serving pizza. Keep it up, Dominos!
