We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The AI at the drive-thru does a great job. Don’t be afraid to give it your order. It got mine correct on two occasions. I think they cook to order. The food is hot and fresh usually. Pleasant crew. The restaurant is in a good spot, lots of routes to enter and exit easily.

The food was absolutely terrible! My chicken sandwich was dry and looked like it’s been sitting out all day. They forgot the rest of my order, and my sprite was watered down. I was so disappointed when I got home and opened my bag! Definitely wasn’t the way to end my night.

A 2 for $4 Bacon Cheddar Crisp sign caught my attention. When I walked up to the window and attempted to order it, I could not because it had been discontinued, which I learned later was due to a technical issue out of the control of the local business.

I ordered the pick 2 for four dollars I asked to make it a combo with large sweet tea when I get to drive thru window the “Manager “ told me he didn’t hear me so I had to order fries at the window… I can say the fries was hot ,but stuck together. My fish sandwich was disgusting I asked for a fresh fish sandwich and received this and when I ask for a fresh sandwich he made it using old fish again pictures below… CHECKERS NEED TO revamp this store completely from management to employees no customer service and very rude. I advise anyone to keep riding by this location.

I ordered a big Burford and it was only meat and cheese. My daughters cheeseburger had no cheese at all. The fries were hard and cold. Checkers is my all time favorite fast food and I haven’t had it in years. I was so very disappointed.

I must say the whole time we was in Atlanta, this place gave us the best fast food service. The whole staff was so nice to me and my truck load of kids. The food was fresh and hot. My kids and my football kids said Thank you for the awesome service. I didn’t get their names but it was 3 African American employees one male and 2 female’s that I could see. They shook it for me and my kids. I thank you all for the awesome service and naw they didn’t give me nothing for free but gave us smiles and made sure they heard our order made sure everything we asked for was in our bags, was polite, cared about the food burning is because it was so hot and fresh. I’ll be back to visit again

I read the previous reviews so I was skeptical about patronizing this location. However, I made the drive a little after midnight. Let me say, I had the BEST SERVICE and my order was made fresh with all directions followed! My receipt says Catherine, I’m not sure if that was the cashiers name. I call her and the older lady prepping orders “Niece and Auntie”. They did not disappoint. Maybe the bad reviews helped out or maybe a great crew was working a few nights ago. Either way, everything was on point!

The customer service here kinda sucks. They don’t seem to be happy about working. If you wake up and don’t feel like working please stay at home. The next problem is that they are super slow. Everyone is moving at a snails pace. Nobody preparing food has on hair nets. Management needs to hit the reset button and start over or pay your people more so we can get better service. If I could give zero stars I would. SMH
