I was not treated as a valued customer. Honestly I’m pretty shocked at how little they cared about me. I’ve been in food service for over 10 years. Was a Chef at Nemicolin Woodlands and the Sous Chef of a country club. They did not even feign to care about my issue.

I’m very pleased! The customer service was exceptional! I ordered a hoagie with no mushrooms had it delivered, there was mushrooms. Okay no biggie everyone makes mistakes right?! I call them back and simply explain what happened instead of being a Karen like most “people”, and they were quick to send me another hoagie in a reasonable amount of time and it was very delicious! So big shout out to y’all! Thanks again!!!

I was looking for something new to try tonight and decided to order from this location. The mild wings and fries I had were spot on! Wings weren’t too spicy and fries arrived super crispy. Not to mention it’s a Friday and my order was delivered in under a half hour in Greensburg traffic. Very pleased! 🙂
