Burgers and food trucks are two of my favorite things, so I am really digging this combo together. That being said, some of the burgers are hit or miss. The City Slicker was good, but Mama Mia and Sunday Morning were kinda forgettable. I’ll be sure to try something else on my next visit again. The Sweet Potato Tots with Malo Cream are the secret stars of this burger food truck though.

Stopped for a burger at the mobile food truck. Service was quick and pleasant. The burgers were really good. A little pricey but worth the convenience..and again the burgers were really good.

Smith Burger has ruined hamburgers for me. And by that, I mean that no other hamburger comes close. I’ve had a number of things on their menu and each has been incredible. My mouth is watering just typing this

Coming from DC where food trucks are the staple, Smith Burger Company vegetarian sandwiches and fries are the best I’ve ever had. The bean burger cheese melt was the bomb!

Lightning quick service and arguably the best burgers in C-U!! Every time I try a different menu burger or weekly special I swear it’s the best burger that I’ve had from there. I’ve been there multiple times and it’s been consistently ridiculous every time. Finally taking time to post a review because they deserve all the credit that they get.

I asked CU the best place to get a burger non chain. Overwhelming response was Smith Burger. It was just our luck they recently collaborated with Collective Pour. The atmosphere that the two provided was fun and family friendly. There was all ages there both eating and drinking. The food was delicious. Serving size for the price, quality, and quickness was reasonable. What blew us out of the water was what they did for my daughter. We were there for her 13th birthday and she was feeling kinda sad because her class didn’t sing to her as they had others. I asked if they could do anything special and they were hesitant but then quickly said, we’ll figure something out. I’m not sure if he’s the owner? The taller guy with lighter hair that was doing all the jobs. He was the one that made the decision to make my daughter feel special. We had finished our dinner (as much as we could!) And suddenly they came out with a little bowl of vanilla ice cream with a couple oreos. I asked our table with two other couples if they’d sing happy birthday to my girl. Within a few seconds of singing THE ENTIRE FULL RESTAURANT was singing happy birthday to her. Now heres the above and beyond part…neither Smith nor the bar serve ice cream nor do they have anything with oreos. I don’t know where they got it, if they bought it, stole it from an employees lunch (lol) or what… they went so far above what i was expecting. They have no idea how amazing they made her feel. You could go a few places to get a good burger. However you won’t get the the amazing people at Smith Burger. (It wouldn’t let me add pics)

Been dying to try this place, finally caught them at the Mutt Stut after missing them at Little Hearts and Hands. Sunday morning burger was perfect, the sweet tots with melo was great! All American burger with home made cheese curds were great as well!

Holy smokes I’ve heard rumblings of this mysterious food truck that serves amazing burgers and finally ran into it today. I had the special which was a bbq sauce based burger. The meat was fresh and not a “hockey puck.” The toasted bun was somehow airy yet dense at the same time, (almost like a marshmallow). I also had the cajun fries which had just enough zing but weren’t overwhelming. The service time was what put them over the top; under three minutes from time of order to completion. The portion size was not itty bitty either. They post where they’re gonna be every monday on their website and social media. Highly recommended.
