After a long day hanging out with a buddy of mine, popped in here solo to grab a drink and check out a cheesesteak that had some pretty good reviews online. I will say the bartender was very nice and the drinks were solid. The cheesesteak unfortunately was not. Perhaps it was good for this area, but for someone who has tried 20+ from spots in Philly and surrounding areas, it was nowhere near the conversation. Meat was a bit dry, not enough cheese, and the bread was too soft so if there was more cheese, it would have ripped right through the bread.

I have fallen in love with this little bar/grill. People are so friendly and welcomed us. The food is awesome and drinks the best in Delaware Dawnie and Nick are great. Trust me I will definitely be a regular now.

They’re cheesesteaks used to be really good but they don’t put much meat on it anymore and then the service isn’t good. I also tried calling for 20 minutes with no answer or line busy so went somewhere else. When I finally got a Italian sub from them on a different day, there was barely any meat at all. It was mainly lettuce and bread and they raised their prices plus you have to pay extra if you want more than just lettuce added. I will never get anything from here again!!!!
