Don’t worry if they mess up your food they charge you extra for them to remake it. Then if you ask about it the manager said to do it. So that’s pretty great business. Also the food is subpar at best honestly go to Iron Chef better portions , flavor, and price you can even watch them cook it.

I have ordered their shoyu ramen many times since they opened and it has usually been good. However, my latest order tasted off. The noodles were extremely soggy and tasted foul. At first I just ate the toppings, but when I dug to the bottom of the bowl there was a white sludge of disintegrated noodles and some had a bit of blue hue to them like they were moldy. I wonder if it was left overs from the night before. I threw the rest away and now I’m concerned about getting food poisoning. The worst food I’ve ever gotten from there.

Super excited to get a Ramen place here in Marion. After adding a little soy sauce to the Ramen, it was pretty good. And I’m sure it only get better with time. Waitress was super friendly and we will definitely be back.

Food was sub par, very salty. Staff and Waitress was friendly. When you walk in it still smells like cigarette smoke from the shovel. Old fake brick paneling on the walls. Went to use the restroom and these are just some pics on what it looked like. Still using old plates from previous owners. Menu could be updated.Sides are itemized so it is my fresh m, for example you have to pay an additional dollar for carrots, mushrooms , bean sprouts etc. You only get fried cabbage with your meal if not.
