Why did I waste $50 here?? Someone should have warned me! The chicken was meh… hardly ok… flavorless skin… The mac’n cheese was runny, gritty, and had a terrible after taste… Definitely not baked… unless it was baked in cheese adjacent soup of some sort. The gravy was 100% inedible… The flavor of that gravy is a mix of toilet water and onion powder. The kinkle fries we under cooked… The honey buns were the only redeeming quality of this whole meal. With all the chicken options out there…. Skip this one, you’ll be better off. Really hard to believe they’ve been in business for 70 years. Super disappointed

Typical of the establishment. Food is okay, nothing to write home about. They’ve been including smaller pieces, being the wings of the chicken, which, in my opinion, are a cheap way of fulfilling the piece count. But like I said, it’s typical of this franchise, and I guess we get what we pay for. Not that it’s any excuse either.

Tried church’s again due to several purchases have been disappointing. Thought being new I’d get better food but no more expensive and smaller portions and not as tasty as it was. So sad the only good thing about the meal was the corn on the cob. If you have to pay more which is understandable one would expect better quality food.

Horrible customer service, the girls don’t respect customers, all tables duty, I ask them if they can clean one table for me and the girl clean it with bad attitude, plus Mac & cheese was like mashed potato, sodas no gas. This are the places that you feel scare to ask for something because you know they are going to give you bad attitude like you are not paying for your food. They should get an other job if they don’t like to deal with people.

Night service is always the worst. They always take 10+ mins to take your order at the speaker. They NEVER have regular strips available. Especially at night. This is the 5the time I go that they told me it would be a 15/20 minute wait for Mac and cheese or for a side of jalapeño bombers. Customer service is always rushed and rude. The worst part is going home after waiting so long and finding that the food taste old and stale and very cold. I don’t understand how they take sooo long but yet they give me cold food. Never coming back
