First off I never give 1 star. I’m editing my review from long ago. This place has gone downhill. Soup and sandwiches shouldn’t cost this much. Especially sandwiches this sparse on meat. There were no diet drinks at all. Thought they changed it out, but I was wrong. Place was messy despite us being only customers at 1:30 on a Saturday. Couldn’t find owner info anywhere. Cinnamon rolls didn’t do cinnabon justice. I foresee a closing of this location soon, which is a shame for Springdale.

Honestly don’t know what is wrong with this location all of a sudden. my partner placed an order online, paid, the website say the payment didn’t go through, okay not a problem, made an order in the app, the app said everything worked-cool. he gets to the place they give him both orders and say there is no way to refund and it’s not their problem, okay, again not a problem cause now we also got lunch, seems like a win win right? well not exactly they managed to give us only half of the order and completely mess up every single extra charge addition. we ended up with less then one meal all together with all of their mistakes. thank you for such disappointing experience!!

I just had the worst drive thru experience just now at this location. I placed my order around 6:45pm (#6 sandwich combo, Pick 2 grilled cheese and soup, and 2 cookies for $28.50). There was 1 car in front of me. Got told a different total at 6:51 than what was said at the speaker. A manager fixed it at 6:53. By 7:00, I still had not received even my 1 soda. At 7:07, after being at the window for 15+ mins., I got asked what I was waiting on (there was 1 car behind me). 1 minute later my drink got made but not handed out. At 7:12 I called the store to get someone to give me a refund which they agreed to do. At 7:15, they had to pull me forward to hand me my money (?). At 7:18 I got out of my truck to go inside and ask for the money, but the door was locked so I had to knock on it for a full minute to get someone to come talk to me. At 7:21, 36 mins after my initial order, I finally left with no food, 1 drink, no brownie they said they’d give me for everything, but I did have my money.

This location for whatever reason never has salt. I visit this Springdale Arkansas location often and for the past year the staff has been lackluster at best. The front counter staff doesn’t keep an eye on the front register area. Many of the staff are also wearing earbuds (headphones) limiting them hearing when a new customer comes in, and when taking the orders or questions. Food is ok, but the service is terrible.

My bf and I went and ended up having to wait 40 minutes for our sandwiches. The manager there was yelling and berating the one employee that was working the hardest and I felt so bad for him. She refused to help with customer related issues and had an employee go back and forth with her replies to the customer. The lack of leadership, managerial skills, and RESPECT was disgusting. I will not be returning to this location. If this is the kind of person their ok with, yelling and berating people working under her, I want no part of this stores location. Also locking their doors at 1pm long before scheduled operating times posted on the door is a big no no for businesses. If there are problems staying open the full time, you make a sign on the door stating so.
