This crew working on August 2nd at 10pm was the best time and they went above and beyond the call of duty!! They wanted to give us great food and graciously asked us if we could wait until they made fresh food for our somewhat large order and we accepted. But they went further by offering us drinks while we waited and even more chit chatted with us as they all stayed busy doing their closing routine.we all laughed and smiled. We had just closed off a rather stressful day before entering the restaurant, and this well oiled machine of a crew topped off the day with the professionalism that they have… 5 stars for ever…thanks to all who were working hard this night! Our order was completely wrong. The chicken had no flavor and one of orders was for the original and it was so tough it could not be eaten. We will not eat here again. At the price charged it should have been where you could at least eat it. We went through the drive through due to mobility issues.

Usually pretty good..only issue is when you’re paying so much money for a burrito and you get 1 little nugget in it… So 10 percent chicken 90 percent tortilla. I paid 4 dollars for that? Other than that fast and freshly made. I just don’t get that one item any More.

Went through drive through and got home, chicken was dry and tasteless, very little gravy in mashed potatoes, corn had no flavor. The cold cole slaw was put in with hot vegetables so by the time I got home, cold was lukewarm and hot was cold.

Last few times we have been here, drive thru service has been just down right rude, and quite frankly sucks. For example, went through the drive thru at approx 915pm tonight, was still on first item and was told to pull forward for our total…. well I guess they don’t want me to finish my order (and happens almost every time). Then get to the window after our order to have our drinks handed to us with the lids off, not fully put on and spilled the drinks in our car, as they were handed to us. I then asked for napkins cuz the drinks spilled and was told, they were in the bag. No ma’am, I need some now because you handed us the drinks without the lids on and our drinks spilled. Then she rudely told me, I’ll put extra in your bag. Look, if you don’t like your job and can’t do customer service, go work elsewhere. Next time I may chunk the drink back at you before you slam the window…. Rather leave a truthful review before causing a scene…..

The food is always good, rarely had bad food experience. Service is always good, I know several people. Dining room is not always inviting which throws off the atmosphere, but I think COVID restrictions caused a lot of that. Hopefully, people will gather together more in the future.
