Fantastic drive thru service. This is your typical In N Out location; clean, speedy and inexpensive. The staff members are friendly and quick getting orders down the line, so you’re never queued too long. The food is always been hot and fresh when you get it. When I’ve gone inside, it is usually very busy, but it never takes long for the order to come out. All in all, a great place for both the drive thru and for dining in.

Wow! Worst in n out burger I’ve ever had today! (On 6/3/23) Went around 10:30am, order taker did not return my greeting, I asked for a lap mat and it was wet and crumbled, asked for extra napkins and the window person only gave me 1 even though the ones already in the box were already dirty with sauce. Then the worst part, burger was terrible! Greasy, messy and falling apart! Cheese in a lump on one side, pattys not even on top of each other, too salty right in the middle and the paper was wrapped into the burger! It was supposed to be protein style and there was only a single piece of greasy wilted lettuce on each side! Gross! They also gave me a heavily salted ‘pup patty’ so pup got no burger! I tried to eat it myself but couldn’t because it was soo salty!

I think the fries are bland. The hamburgers are not very tasty. The only thing I liked was the prices. They are very fair in leui of the high prices that have affected us all. Definitely not worth waiting in a long line of cars for. I have friends and family that love this place. I just don’t see it.

It was always so good but yesterday it was so awful we had double double burgers and they were awful. So sad because we always liked it in chico they must have new help that dont know what to do. They did not even put the lettuce on it there was a little piece that was on the last bite. It was worse then chico burger king and that is please check on your cooks.

It is a great burger or veggie burger. The fries are a hit too. Friendly staff. Always great to grab an In-N-Out if you need a treat to improve your day. Or if it’s a great day, In-N-Out is a perfect addition to a great day. It’s maybe the best part about living in California now.
