Went for the first time the other day for lunch and it was the best cheeseburger I’ve had in a LONG time. Toasted bun, perfectly cooked… delicious! Waitress was super sweet and we had great service. It’s just a bar, and didn’t seem like there would be too much room if they were crowded, but when we were there it was pretty empty. I don’t write reviews often but I’m already planning my next trip!

Loved this place ever since I was a kid. I Moved to Virginia but stopped back in town and decide to come back here and it’s like it never lost its touch. Super affordable and very friendly vibes. Our bartender Jen was very nice and served us in a timely manner. The food is simple but amazing at the same time. Anytime I come back to Maryland, this is the one place that I need to stop by even if I just want one drink.

Ellie’s Place is a comfortable, friendly bar where I go occasionally for Karaoke. The crowd is engaged and fun. The bar gets very busy so patience with the staff is recommended. I went there for New Years this year and had a blast! Ellie even gave every patron a dollar to hold when midnight came around to wish a fortunate year to everyone. The chicken tenders are delicious. 😀

Lived in Millersville for two years and finally decided to stop here on my last two days in town before moving. The food was great, the service was great, and the people were great. I had the chicken wings the first day and then had the buffalo pizza. Both were very good. Good beer on tap as well.

My family and I are camping this weekend at the local KOA in Washington, DC. KOA staff recommended this place for good food and few cocktails. My family and I stopped by around 7:30 or 8:00 on a Friday night and really appreciate the kind staff and people at the bar. We were driving for 4 hours and pretty out of it so it’s nice to have a place to go to to relax. Chicken quesadilla and wings were fantastic. They had a Jamaican jerk rub wet on wings which was phenomenal. I recommend this place if you’re looking for good food and a cold drink. If we have time, we’ll stop by again before we go home for the 4th of July.
