Maybe the evening experience here is different than in the afternoon. Wanted to try their doffle (dosa waffle on a stick) but that item is only offered during the evening, would’ve been nice if they’d called it out on the menu or anywhere else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently tried the Vada Pav and Bombay Grilled Cheese Sandwich at Dosa Shack, and I’m blown away by how amazing and flavorful they were! The Vada Pav had the perfect balance of spice and crunch, and the Bombay Grilled Cheese Sandwich was a delightful fusion of Indian and Western flavors. The taste was absolutely fantastic, and the service was impeccable. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings! Highly recommended!

I visited this place upon my friend’s suggestion and I can definitely say that this is a unique food truck. Menu was super interesting and we have tried most of them with complete satisfaction. Peppy Paneer and SPC2 became my favorite. Samosa Nachos is perfect for snack/appetizer and I only wish If it was a bigger portion . Doffles for Desert is a must try (even if you had to eat food from other truck). I will definitely visit this place again to try other items.

We had paneer dosa and tomato chaat uttapam pancakes. Dosa came with two dips. Uttapam pancakes came by itself. Could’ve been more quantity for dips as the dip container was only halfway filled.

The guy at the front was nice and had good recommendations for first timers. Their root veggie chat is amazing, and has some great flavor and texture. Dosa was good too, came with two chutneys and blt soup (their version of sambar). Nice spot!

We were very curious to try this place looking at the menu, and it did not disappoint. When I spoke to the owner about creating such unique dosa flavors, he talked about his years of groundwork before bringing his vision into reality. Each and every item on the menu is very well thought out, including the packaging of the food. My wife’s and my favourite was the tomatillo chutney which you would never find anywhere else, followed by root veggie chaat, and not to forget the devil veggie dosa. Bamma’s Lentil and Tomato(BLT) brought back memories of my grandmother’s lentil soup. We couldn’t stop and tried almost everything on the menu.

Small but mighty menu. The pumpkin sambar has so much flavor. My husband mistakenly ordered the original instead of the classic so I need to go back to try that next time. We also had the samosa chaat that had a little pomegranate which is my absolute favorite because it helps to balance the spice. The dosa size is perfect. Highly recommend this for your Dosa fix.
