Very nice people in here. Always polite and ready to help. They are patient with you and willing to explain any choices or options you may not understand. When you order they immediately start making your order. This can take a few minutes but if you know what you want you can order ahead by phone and have it ready when you show up. Very good selection of food that is prepared well.

Wings are usually good, but twice now I’ve ordered the walleye dinner and gotten the wrong (cheaper) fish, once was cod and once was lake perch which isn’t even in the menu! Either the chef doesn’t know the difference which is a problem itself, or they tried to scam me instead of saying they didn’t have it. Reached out to the store and have gotten no response. I don’t trust it anymore and unfortunately they are losing a regular customer.

I ordered some wings from the fresh fish on Edgewood and 6 HALF wings just like this one were in my order. I called to tell them and get some replacement wings and the owner kept talking over me saying he knew because a lot came in the case so he put a couple extra pieces in my order. I counted them and my math determined that THAT was a LIE!!!

Much like Crack Chicken, this place puts WAAAAAAY too much seasoning on EVERYTHING. Some items are so covered in seasoning that you can’t see the breading itself. We may try this place again and ask for no seasoning because you could tell that the underlying food had a good flavor, but the seasoning doesn’t let the food speak for itself.

Second time I’ve gotten something expired out of this store. The first time was seasoning and the second time was a soda. When I let the person in charge know for the second time he argued for 10 minutes that I didn’t get a drink, then he says my name and says oh the orange drink the company brought it I don’t control it.
