Service was good just busy. On a side note I understand it’s a Italian restaurant but don’t serve steak if you can’t do it even partially right. This is one of the most depressing steaks I’ve ever seen. Ask for medium rare and got well done. Nearly bland as cardboard.

I got to this particular Olive Garden at 10:30 PM. A security guard at the entrance informed me that due to some unforeseen problems, they were closing early that night. This was unusual because I noticed that there were still customers inside enjoying their meals. Despite my intention to only place a to-go order, I was denied entry.

Honestly just another American restaurant imitating food from other countries, the food is average, very little vegan options, I ordered a pasta with marinara sauce and is just like what you would cook at home with pasta from a bag and sauce from a can, not homemade or special in any other way. The service was great though, the servers kept asking if everything was okay and where very nice. No problem with speaking Spanish either cause most of them spoke both English and Spanish.

Since we arrived to this olive garden we saw roaches inside the greeting area and that for a start was unwelcoming and disgusting. The people at the greeting station just looked at it and laughed as if roaches in a restaurant was something to laugh at. It took a long while to be seated and when we were seated the waitress took some time to attend us. We finally put in the order for an appetizer after a long wait the appetizer arrived and it was frozen and cold. I asked the waitress to cancel the order and told her that since the arrival to the restaurant it hasn’t been a great experience with the environment, food, and people being so poor. The waitress went to get the manager but the manager never came and she had to be the one to apologize. That level of professionalism with the manager never coming and the way the whole evening started was a BIG AND UTTERLY DISAPPOINTMENT!! I hope this location can take this feedback and make it a better establishment by fixing the environment, food, and management.

Loved the service, loved the food, but it can take a very long time for your turn to order because it’s always full on the weekend. I wish ordering to go was faster but it takes minimum 30 minutes for your food to be ready. So it’s kind of slow but it’s worth it.

This particular location got packed as soon as they opened at 11am. On a Wednesday. I came with a friend who suggested it but 11am is too early for me to have Italian. Anyway, service was good. The food was hot and the flavor you already expect from Olive Garden. The Italian soup was rather cold. The salad was bussin. The tour of Italy was great, really tasty except for the Alfredo pasta. It tasted way too much like milk. I didn’t finish it. The peach iced tea is refreshing and light. I recommend it. Overall good experience but I’ll stick dinner time and the west side location. Thank you.
