I tried to order a French dip and swiss once at 8:30 on a Friday night and the lady running the drive through was really rude (sounded very young) when I asked if they had aujus, she informed me they pitch it before they close so they didn’t have any. I apologized and told her I didn’t realize they were about to close. She told me they didn’t close until 10 but they close early most nights because business is so slow. My husband tried to grab something on a Saturday night, online hours say they’re open until 12am however when he arrived a little after 9pm they were already closed. All the lights were off inside and the drive through so he went to Skyline instead.

This place is a joke. Had a coupon to get a meal, sandwich, fries and drink for 9.49. Ordered another sandwich, classic roast beef (double meat) medium drink and medium fries. The total for this was $33.28!!! Talk about a scam!!! I guess the employees don’t get paid enough so they try to rip off customers!!! Won’t be getting back and plan on calling corporate

Ordered from the drive thur and was told it would be. 5 minute wait on what I ordered no big deal wait for 5 minutes in line until I paid then was told to park to the right because there was another vehicle waiting. Waited 15 minutes until I decided to go inside because I knew they had forgotten me. Of course the inside is closed and the door locker so I asked another employee at the drive thur hey it’s be 20 minutes original employee says drive back around and we will give you a refund. At the window I’m asked do I want my food or do I want a refund????? I say I want my food. I received my food cold and ate it and will never come back.

i can’t even explain the customer service. Gave me two sandwiches with raw roast beef. They proceeded to say “ that’s normal if it’s brown it’s over cooked”. They refused to fix it and left me with food i couldn’t even eat. I ended up calling corporate and they admitted that the staff was wrong and it should’ve been cooked longer; and “that it should never be pink”

They close at midnight. They have french dip sandwiches 2 for $7. Despite both of these facts, the au jus for french dips has been put away at 9:10 pm. “So sorry. No solution will be offered. Pull up and wait for 23 minutes for your au jus-less sandwiches.” the employee said with his actions but not his voice. Mmmmmmm. Dry sandwiches.

Curly fries were all burnt up employees were dancing to loud vulgar rap music I wish someone from the corporate office would have been there I’ve gone to this Arby’s many times before never had this experience I should have shot a video of it I just don’t understand what’s going on over there would not recommend having my children around such vulgar music I hope someone really reads this and does something about the problem over there I understand young people listen to different music but it doesn’t have to be loud enough that all the customers hear it and it be vulgar and the last time I was at work you didn’t dance around you did some kind of work cleaning Etc
