We have been ordering from them for a few years, pizza is good, subs are good , my Grandson wanted fried chicken tonight, so I got him the 4 piece chicken dinner. He ended up with 4 pieces of breaded bones. No chicken at all.i will definitely rethink next Tim’s I want delivery. How do I explain to a autistic 10 year old that he’s not going to eat tonight. I offered him food I have in the house but he wanted fried Chicken. I paid for fried chicken!

Grew up with (Tom’s) pizza express since the early 80’s or earlier when they were down Broadway many years ago. My family always ordered from there. The antipasto salad and the tacos are AMAZING, I very critical of my food choices. I’m posting to tell you they’re very honest and humble. My family has been Ordering here since they open. Close to home, great food, excellent owner and staff. We order from here for every family event. I have never had a problem with food or staff. Mistakes (only a handful in 30 years) are handled with such great customer service!!!!! They treat you as a friend not just a customer!!!!

The third time I’ve ordered and twice the same driver honked his horn announcing his arrival. I had asked him not to do it and even called the store. Was told that all drivers do it so they don’t play phone tag with the order.
