While the people at this Dunkin tend to be much nicer than the people on elm road, this dunking makes me so frustrated. I often order a plain bagel with regular cream cheese. It is so frustrating that some days they put about a pound of cream cheese and some days there is almost none. I wish it were more consistant so I could know what I’m ordering.

The lobby is closed so when they get your drink or order wrong and pull out of the incredibly long line, you either have to take the wrong order or wait in line again just for them to correct their mistake. Complete headache of an experience. Long story it took me about 15 min in total just to get my right order.

They’re quick and the service was nice. However, they’re extremely heavy on their ice portions in cold drinks. This photo is after 15 minutes, I drank the coffee, this is the ice left after all that time. If you want the right amount of liquid, it’s necessary to order a couple sizes up or ask for lite ice…

This is the third time I’ve been to this location. Each time I order I make sure to repeat “light butter” for my bagel. I even make sure to hear the order taker repeat “light butter”. I’m not understanding why me asking for light butter is hard for this location to understand!?!? I am severely lactose intolerant and with the amount of butter this location puts on my bagel I would be sick the ENTIRE day! I should be able to eat what I pay for the way i would like to without any side effects!!! It’s food for goodness sake!!!! Coming into the establishment the floor was soak and wet like someone just mopped the floor at 8am when everyone is walking in and out. I’m physically in good shape and well balanced on my feet and still I still felt like I was going to slip and bust my behind!!! Walking in was dry and uncomfortable honestly. I’ve been to wayyyyy better locations. And I WILL NOT be here again ‍♂️ ‍♂️ ‍♂️I see finding food in this area is hard smh

I don’t use self checkouts in store, why the #ęll would I do it going to a drive through? If this location will only take mobile orders, I’ll just stop going. The nerve to charge $5 for a cup of coffee and I have to process my own order and payment? Which takes longer for me? Plus now I can’t stop for a convent cup of coffee, I have to pull into the parking lot, order in an app, then get in line? Does no one see the problem here?!?
