EVERY pizza we’ve ever ordered has been wrong in some way. We ordered a supreme pizza with extra cheese and got an extra cheese pizza TWICE in the same night they messed up the same pizza TWICE then they just threw cold uncooked veggies on the same pizza that had been already brought down two separate times that night. Needless to say that pizza went in the trash were it belonged. Then tonight they have us a taco taco with NO toppings. No cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, or chips! When I brought that back in they just threw the topping on and gave it back and so many toppings the box wouldn’t even close. We had to reheat the pizza when we got home which made it soggy and these leftovers are also going in the trash. There were three people THREE in that kitchen and no one noticed a TACO pizza had no toppings?! Such a JOKE!! I’d rather buy a frozen pizza from Kwik star than order another pizza with Casey’s.

Pizza delivery is always hot and delicious. Any mistakes they’ve made they have been quick to make it right. They are pleasant in the early mornings when I am in for coffee as well. There are times though when there is a long line of people at the cash register, and only one cashier but 3-4 people standing behind the counter or in the kitchen gossiping. That has happened only a few times and the rest of my experiences have been stellar.

Called Waukon Iowa Casey’s for take out pizza, ask the price of ultimate pepperoni and was told $9.99 each , ordered 3 and 1 sausage, when I picked them up the price changed to $15.99 , I had enough box tops for 2 free pizza’s and I still had to pay a additional $29 + change. Strongly recommend not patronizing this business.
