My first time coming to this little hidden gem and it was a phenomenal dining experience. Our server Stephanie was superb! Not only did she have an amazing personality but she was very attentive and GREAT with our daughter. She recommended the “Steak Bomb” which was DELICIOUS and my wife had wings which were very exceptional. We will definitely be coming back. Keep up the great team work and amazing customer service!

Excellent place….been going here 25+ years. And even though they have changed owners and the name a couple of times, the menu and food quality have always been above par. I can’t remember a time that I was disappointed with my food or service but about a month ago I bought dinner to take home and eat. When we got home we discovered that half the food was our order but not the other half. When I called them to straighten this out they were more than accommodating, offering me several ways that this could be resolved. I decided to go back and pick up the correct order. Not only did they tell me to keep the food I picked up but when I walked in my order had just been finished to perfection and they gave me a full cash refund. I told them that this was a bit over the top and not necessary but they told me that they truly value their customers. The manager told me he recognizes me, it is one of my favorite sub shops, and that he was disappointed that my order wasn’t correct and that I had to come back. He wanted to make sure that I was satisfied and would return….Now that’s customer service the right way….I was going to come back anyway but that inspired me to write this and recommend them more than I did before.

I haven’t been to this sub shop since it was “Hungry Bear”. Service was good and prices reasonable but there was barely any meat on the steak sub. I only get onions & pickles so that left them plenty of room to fill up but I got a lot of space on that bun. I guess you got to order extra meat for an additional $2.29!

I never write reviews, but today I have a little time. This use to my go to spot. My last couple experiences, however, not good. My last two phone orders were incomplete, so I decided to order in person. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the girl taking my order and I requested a discount. My request was refused, and the manager rudely stated that I should have called to complain. So this is me calling to complain. Due better Subrageous, you just lost my business.

I’m from Philly. I’m not easily impressed with cheese steak places outside of the Philly south jersey area. This place was on point. Cheese steaks were amazing. U have to ask for the onions and peppers to be cooked in otherwise they put in on top. Steak was amazing. I’m going back really soon. Pinion rings were good too.
