I ventured in to the newly opened restaurant, The Shop in Cary, NC. This was my second time here , the first was just as good. This time I tried the Chicken Sandwich, as the menu description sounded great. I was not disappointed! It was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly, the breast was tender and not dry at all. The caramelized pineapple set this baby off! I also ordered the Secret Menu item – Totchos (like nachos using tots instead of chips). Those were also delicious as they use their house-made beer cheese, which is great! The staff is incredibly friendly and seem to really care about the guests and the food! I would normally say there needs to be a bit more ambiance (wall coverings, etc.) but since I know they just opened and just got their signs up I am not knocking them for that. If you want a good burger or chicken sandwich in Cary, served by friendly folks, I highly recommend The Shop, Luxury Burgers and More!

Great food! My favorite is the Black and Bleu burger, but the ‘Ohana has their own favorites. The sauces with the wings were a hit too. 🙂 Fancy tots were delicious too!

The burgers were fantastic. It was super tender and juicy which was my favorite part. The sweet potato fries were very crunchy but not burnt. Also sweet but not too sweet. Finally, the lemon cake was fantastic. You can taste the caramel and whipped cream. This burger place is really good and highly recommend going here.

My boyfriend and I decided to go Tuesday at lunch. Nice and clean environment. Music was good! The Thai chili wings were good. Great burger options and toppings to choose from but the quality in the meat was not there. I asked for my burger medium and it came well done. My bread was burnt on the bottom. It was so hard you couldn’t stick your finger or a knife in it. I mentioned it to my server and instead of acknowledging it was burnt she said “oh you don’t like it toasted”. Toasted and burnt are two different things. I am not sure if the cooks were being too lazy to do a quality check but when plating my food someone should’ve caught that the bread was dark brown and hard.They remade my burger and not much changed. One side of the bun was still burnt. Whatever they’re using to toast the bread isn’t toasting the bread evenly.

We had previously dined at their location when it was Burger-Fi and wondered if the food would be nearly as good. Well, they surpassed all our expectations. The food was delicious with generous portions and service was great. Nicole was very personable and professional. The food was so juicy that we needed extra napkins. No complaints there! Looking forward to giving them our repeat business. Great job guys!

Skip it. I don’t know who’s been giving the rave reviews, but I’m assuming they’re friends or family. We waited forty minutes for two sandwiches, and our fries were cold when they got to us. The pastrami was tough and bland. The Korean burger wasn’t good. They get two stars for food because the tots were pretty good. The service was terrible but there was only one person in the dining room and I’m guessing one in the kitchen. we won’t be back.

I’m sorry but I need them to do better. The service was ok, my cheesesteak was completely burnt and overpowered by their beer cheese. I wanted my roll toasted and gutted that didn’t happen as well. My wings were not as crispy as I wanted. I mean the Best part of the meal were my fries. And yet I still left a great tip.

Enjoyed the Cheesy Jalapeño Burger and Tater Tots, especially the cheese drippings from the burger on the tots. Would love a side of that to be available. Very quiet at the moment during dinnertime, but feels refreshing. Was not disappointed in my meal.

We had a large group meet here recently and we all got different things, and everybody had some kind of problem with the food. Taste, quality, cooking issues, etc. There were other smaller issues with this place, but the food is the big problem. I wouldn’t eat here again, even for free. If you’re in this area and want a burger, go to any of these places instead: Tribeca, Parkway Tavern, Wegman’s Burger Bar, Five Guys, Char-Grill, Burger-Fi… heck, I’d even rather eat at Wendy’s.
