I went to one Bojangles, but they said that they were out of chicken legs. I drove to the other Bojangles. They were running behind. Asked me if I was willing to wait for 20 to 25 minutes for them to cook chicken. Never to return. No management and no planning.

Walked in at 1:27 pm it’s 2:10pm now and no food- guess they don’t like the way I look – We got to cook more chicken they said- I raise chickens and can cull one and fry in myself faster than 40 minutes- Wth- Of course those kind of people don’t care if you come back or not- Outback Steak house doesn’t take that long-

This place is awful! Every time I come here there’s a problem & the service is awful. Today was their last chance. Drove 30 mins round trip, TWICE! 1st visit in the drive thru I ordered a 12 piece family meal. Got home & found I was missing 4 pieces of chicken all biscuits and 1 side. Called & told missing items would be ready when I arrived. Went back & waited 10 mins for missing items. What really got me was that while I was waiting a toddler came from the back of the kitchen to the counter & was coughing on & touching everything. Customers should not be subjected to this kind of bs.

No idea how the food was. We arrived just after 9am and the doors were locked. According to an exiting guest, they didn’t have enough staff so they were only serving through the drive thru. It was a problem for us since we couldn’t get out of our parking place because of the drive thru cars. I get it – things happen and people call in sick so the restaurant was short staffed but they could have put signs on the doors to tell us the lobby was closed. I love Bojangles and this made me sad.

The best place to eat good fried chicken in greenwood is good and it’s good every time you come to Bojangles the employees the food are always punctual the best and me and my wife also love the anytime breakfast menu if we eating a good bucket of chicken then we’ll having the best sausage and a those boberry biscuits to go with you can’t beat it with that being said as soon as you walk in the door the god-awful smell you ever smelt in your life will knock you down turn the front door all the way to the fountain drink is where I found the smell to be coming from you would think something was dead behind there but if you can get past the smell. Is the best place to eat good chicken breakfast at a good price
