It’s a KFC so not expecting a silly high standard but waiting for a big box meal for 15 minutes while I watched one of the staff stand out the front of house to smoke and chat on their phone didn’t bode well with me. The person delivered it was ok but the fact that there was only 2 cars in front as I arrived, one also waiting for an order and no other cars arrived in that time told me a lot at a lunchtime…

The staff definitely need some customer service training. And the management needs it as well. Waited 15 minutes before getting served, with three employees passing by the register and not even given the common courtesy to say someone would be with you shortly. And the manager had the audacity to say, “You should have yelled and said someone is at the front counter. WOW

They do not pay attention to the order screen. They charged me for a 12pc nugget combo and only gave me my nuggets and my soda. No sides no biscuit. Then I asked for honey and kfc sauce, they gave me buffalo and bbq. I most likely will never be back again.

After the automated greeting played at the speaker, there was such a long delay that was awkward to the point I asked my husband if we should leave. The chicken on my sandwich was old, dry and plain ugly. I don’t normally complain, it’s fast food I’m not expecting 5 star food but I do expect it to be edible. I was charged for biscuits and did not get them. My husband’s pot pie was good so that was one good thing.
