My recent visit to Newk’s was nothing short of a nightmare. Unfortunately, what started as an ordinary lunch outing turned into a dreadful experience of food poisoning. So just walk rigth in, I was hungry so I’ll give them points for getting the food prepared pretty fast, the staff was cool and nice the place looked clean so that’s a good thing, As for the food I started backwards had a slice of the pumpkin pie while I waited for the rest of the food and I’ll be quite hones pretty good cake for a chain franchise highly recommend also ordered de half Cesar salad and bowl of chili both pretty good way better than the pepperoni and sausage pizza which was a little bland no real spices in it and the sause was weak overall a good eating experience next time I’ll try the sandwiches so I reckon you give them a try.

I had a bowl a fruit which contained moldy grapes or blueberries. It was hard to tell and when I asked a manager she said the fruit was made Monday.. and then proceeded to get mad at me for expressing my concern of the moldy fruit. Definitely reporting this to the health department and never coming back here. Terribly sad that the managers have terrible customer service

Very clean and airy. Floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy outside views from wherever you sit. There is a large outside patio with trees wrapped with lights that is beautiful after dark. All the staff was very friendly.

I was so excited to have newks finally here in Lubbock after loving it in San Angelo. The food here was awful. I came with a group of friends everyone got their food first. After 30 minutes went up to figure out what the hold up was. They said they lost our ticket and it would be another 5 minutes. 25 minutes later we got our food. Won’t be back.
