Surco Peruvian Food cart is one of my favorite food cart in Madison! All of their items are delicious! Arroz con Pollo, Chili Chicken, everything! AND their sauces are now available for sale! Mild, medium and hot are available. I can’t do the hot, but it’s soooo good!

Easily the best 5 star meals I’ve ever had and hope to continue to have. If I ever leave Madison, I will forever miss this food cart! My favorites are the arroz con Pollo and the chicken Adobo. You can’t forget the sauce with the meal, it’s the icing on the cake! It’s to die for.
