My grandparents always rave about Nardelli’s and I was craving a sandwich, so I decided to run in quick for lunch today. I ordered the Proscuitto Hot Pepper Chicken sandwich with extra hot peppers, but apparently I should have ordered extra cheese, since there is barely any on the sandwich! For $12 I’d expect to actually have one full slice of cheese on my chicken cutlet… Don’t get me wrong, the ingredients are high quality (the cutlet and the hot peppers were both delicious!) but they definitely skimp on toppings for the price.

I’ve had sandwiches here before that were pretty good, but I’m disappointed because I was hoping to grab a sandwich on the way home from working late.. they were closed a good 20-25 minutes before their listed closing time of 8pm (on both their door and google). If you’re gonna stop serving customers at 7:30, just put that as your closing time instead. **Updating review** this was a rare happenstance so I will just rate for quality of food/service

Went here the other day and ordered the Tomato Chicken Mozzarella Grinder. It was very good and tasted fresh. Could have used a little more sauce, but it was still tasty. However, is it just me, but have the grinders gotten about 3-4″ shorter from when this shoppe first opened (and price went up)? I noticed that a long time ago. Have always loved the amount of meat, etc. on my sandwiches as I am a “get your monies worth” kind of person!
