I come here often! I always order the same thing! These wings just don’t have enough sauce or seasoning sometimes depending on who’s the cook. And they always leave out the ranch / blue cheese or don’t give you what you pay for.

Location is run by a bunch of teenagers that would rather stand there and talk about drama instead of get orders out to customers. Sat there for 30 minutes after being told my order was in the back waiting on fries. After 30 minutes, two employees got in an altercation as one employee kept cursing at another saying to go home with 6 other customers sitting waiting for their order. Not a pleasant experience at this location. Was finally given my order after order has been sitting aside for 15 minutes. I understand bad employees, but this was just bad buisness.

Placed a take out order around 1015. They don’t close until 11. Got there at 1040. My order was correct but they didn’t give me the side of sauce that I ordered, when I kindly asked for it the white young lady with reddish hair had an attitude and said that they already cleaned up and they couldn’t give it to me. However, I think the young man with curly hair who i think was named Andre’s was very sweet and got it for me anyways. He apologized for her. He was so sweet while his other coworker was rude because she just wanted to go home. Definitely won’t order again if she is there working.

Yet ANOTHER fried chicken joint in Rio Rancho. Boring food, Rio Rancho is filled with too many Fried Chicken spots. They never send the right flavors/dips and the fries are soggy nightmares. The celery is the best thing on the menu.
