Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Pizza arrived incorrectly which I can understand but after speaking to someone named Jessi to resolve issue,he refused to give me his last name after being rude made things worse. This individual should not be in a management position as he is rude and just doesn’t care. After hanging up on me and calling back just to get more attitude I reached out to customer support team. Don’t waste your money at this location.

Tried to place a delivery order over the phone the system would not take my credit card they transferred me to the store got hung up on called back they wouldn’t give me the discount they previously offered took my business to Pizza Hut I paid a little more but they took my order with no problem to dominos

I called because I’ve had my orders cancelled before because of one reason or another, when I called I was put on the phone with someone who was in training (don’t worry sweetly you were amazing!) and was then put on the phone with someone who told me I needed to slow down, was rude and kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak and I was told my second order would be cancelled. I was then put on the phone with Christy (I believe that was her name) she fixed everything and was super amazing. It’s just bad to hear, I can help this customer she doesn’t know what she needs (not from Christy!)

Just drove back into town after a 72 hr work week. Arrived at 11:30(12:00 closure) with an order for carry out. Had to bang on the door for 5-10 min to get an employee to come into view. Boy finally opens up and threatens to call police for my knocking? Then accused me of being drunk(maybe because there’s a little bar next door) Please do. Someone that just worked almost 2 weeks worth trying to pick up a pizza they paid for 30 min before you close. Mind you pizza was pre ordered and ready(they didn’t close til 12).Star customer service. Also they should teach their employees not only how to work but how to talk to women.

Absolute trash. Sent my gf to pick up an order I made online… The pizza looked like a blind person made it and they didn’t give her 6 of the sauces I paid for. The manager said I can come back and get a refund for just the pizza or come get the sauces. I said I’m not coming back up there, have your driver bring it here. He said nope he’s not going to do that. So he wants me to eat a cold pizza so I can come back and fix his screw up. Find somewhere else to go. Be calling corporate tomorrow, this manager is clueless.

the pizza is generally fine, but the wait times are getting excessive, drivers are taking 3 or more orders at once? it took over an hour to get a single large pizza, the location is literally at the end of street from our apartment. I’ll make one at home next time. no issues with the staff that are there, they are clearly not getting the support they need.

3 stars cuz the pizza was good. Two less Stars all together because when we went in there every single worker was playing on their phone. I had to stand and wait for someone to decide to stop playing on their phone and actually help me. He even said be with you in a minute while he played on his phone for another few minutes. I don’t know what kind of business unless their workers play on their phones like that when a customer needs help.

Inconsistent quality and poor customer service includes their management. There are many better places in Seabrook like Mario’s or Midnight Slice or Dan’s or Marco’s or Pomodoro’s in Clear Lake City for excellent true Pizza
