Worst service at any McDonald’s, I have ever had. Ordered food to dine in and was given a number to put on the table for food to be brought to the table. After waiting a bit, an employee walked by and dropped a bag on the table (not placed, dropped), I heard the fries settle in the bag. He then stated, “Get you drink cups from the register,” and walked away. I thought it was strange but whatever. I opened the bag to find fries dumped, 1 napkin, no ketchup or sauces for nuggets. I went to get ketchup, and their were no little cups for the ketchup. I proceeded to the counter. No customers around, I stood for a moment and then proceeded to try to get the attention of the employees to no avail. I said, “Excuse me,” multiple times louder each time until I finally gave up. I stepped back and took a photo. No one even agnolledged the flash. Time for Corporate to do a training on customer service. Avoid this place

Normally, we just go through the drive thru here and don’t have many complaints. However, the kids wanted to go in and use the play area, so we thought, what the hell, how bad can it be. This was the dirtiest MacDonalds I have ever been in. ESPECIALLY the kid play area. The floors hadn’t been swept. The tables were all dirty from use. The sanitizing wipe station had no wipes. There were no napkins or straws at the fountain drink location. When we asked someone to wipe off a table for us, they came out and wiped down the table and left. Didn’t clean any of the others while they were there or send someone in to clean up the area. We were there for over an hour they had time to stand around and talk but not clean.

Every single time i go there, my order is always messed up. I just went yesterday, n i just ordered 2 mcdoubles with no onions. When i got my burgers, they were not only loaded with onions, but there was ketchup all over the place, thepickles were hanging off the patties n the patties werent even on the buns. The buns were covered in grease and the sandwiches were pressed do hard that they were flat. Went through drivethrough to get it fixed, and not only did i recieve attitude for it, but when i received the new sandwiches, they didnt have any onions, however the burgers were still made in the same disgusting way, and there was so much grease and jetchup all over the buns that i couldnt even eat them. Its like this every single time i go there without fail. The staff there is incompetant, and lazy, and cant even be bothered to read a screen, yet they want to start them out at 18 dollars an hour. I am a chef, and thats what most cooks start out at. They donot deserve the pay that they get. If any of the cooks nessed up the way they do at this location, they would not have a job. These employees clearly have no pride in their work, and they need to replace the entire staff. You cant sacrifice quality for speed, and they need to pay attention to what they are making

Roland is the best employee I’ve ever seen there. Most the time you’re met with some of the worst customer service ever but Roland made sure we not only had everything we ordered in the drive thru after having to wait extra time, but then when the order was messed up he went above and beyond with an amazing attitude to make sure to get me and my gf our missing food. Most the time employees there would get upset and be in a foul mood if they had to deal with messed up orders. Big shout out to Roland at the berlin location. Made my day to see someone that actually cares about customers for once.
