Honestly, just a very disappointing service overall. I came here expecting the same quality I get to go to locations, however, my pick up order took 45 minutes longer than when they told me it would be ready. They did not have anything ready to go at 11:30 AM on a weekday.

First, I would like to say that this was my second time to this location and disappointed both times. I always give a location a second chance in case it was just an off day. I LOVE Panda Express but I will NOT be back to this location. Both times, I ordered the Orange Chicken and Chow Mein. The Orange chicken was absolutely disgusting! Each time the chicken was flavorless and as hard as a rock. It tasted like it was stale and old! I might as well have ordered pebbles battered and fried. The chow mein was alright but it definitely was old and should’ve been changed out a long time ago. VERY disappointed in this location! Do better!

When I went there to get some takeout they left out some of my food and still charged me for it, and it seemed like they were trying to rush me even though there was only one person behind me. Also on top of that the food was not even that good especially comparing it to other panda expresses.

Awful customer service at this location. I went in and ordered double beyond orange chicken and it tasted bad and stale so I asked the manager to remake the beyond orange chicken. She told me it’d be 5 mins I was waiting 10 then went up and saw the beyond chicken was out. I asked her to remake my plate and I reminded her that I’d been waiting and she said the beyond chicken has only been out for 3 mins. She remade my plate and didn’t apologize for my wait or offer me anything for the inconvenience. I used to work at a panda and we put the people who waited first and apologized for the wait and offered a free drink. I felt like she would’ve never called me up for my food had I not waited in the huge line a second time. she was a black female idk her name But she’s a manager.
