Earlier in 2020, I ordered for curbside and had prepaid. Pizza was ready 10 minutes before I arrived. Took them 9 minutes to bring it out to me, all while numerous drivers left to deliver pizzas. Gotta be better organized than this. Well, on 11/23 the same thing happened but now it was 11 minutes waiting for a pizza that was supposedly finished and ready 5 minutes before I arrived. I believe this branch is cheating with the Tracker. And they overcooked the pizza to boot. I’m done with this location.

Web said order was ready but one one of three items was ready, the tots had fallen into the oven and the second pizza was burnt. I was told a 15 minute wait and the server refused to remake the one that was ready so it would have been cold and not fresh. Rather an indignant and rude, will not be ordering from here again.

Website said they couldn’t take online orders, when I called in they took my order and said I could pay with credit card in the store. When I got to the store they said that they could only take cash and since I didn’t have any I would have to drive all the way back home and get cash and come back up to pick up my stale pizza. Very disappointing customer service.

I hate to say it, but the quality assurance at various Domino’s stores isn’t there. Of course, it’s operated by different people, but the one I went to in Denver was much better than this one.

Just gotta rave for a moment on what great customer service I’ve received. I made an online order and it turns out they ran out of one of the toppings, which happens, no biggie. They apologized and threw in an extra free topping (didn’t have to) but it makes you appreciate that they take that extra step. And not to mention the delicious pie! Keep being stellar, Domino’s!

Pizza is slowly getting worse. It is a hit or miss if you get a good pizza or not. The topping prices are very ridiculous for the amount they put on. The employees have not followed my orders correctly almost every time; either a topping will be missing or the cut is not correct.

I order here regularly. Lately their pizzas have had almost no cheese on them. For me cheese is a key ingredient and when some pieces are nearly devoid of cheese it’s more of a fancy breadstick. 🙁

Our pizza was sitting under heating lamp for 30 minutes so my son calls in to ask about it and the manager rudely answered him that she was waiting for a delivery driver, so my son requested for the pizza be remade because we wanted fresh pizza. Manager never tried to fix the problem, she didn’t even know how to handle the situation. We are still waiting for a higher manager to call my son back. They sent us pizza that they just reheated or they ran it thru the oven. Service is not even correct much less exceptable. Just beware when you order from this location – Carlsbad via Montebello

5 stars for what Domino’s is. Is it the best pizza? No, but it’s not bad either and it’s prepared exactly as order and quickly. Delivery or pickup always goes smoothly. There are two other places that I like to order from because I like their pizza better. However, one of those places takes a while, costs a lot more, and hasn’t quite got a handle on pickup. Delivery is a bit better, though includes a lengthy wait. Another place I stopped ordering from because their service was seriously lacking with an incorrect order. This Domino’s is my go to for quick family feeding. Convenient, kind, reasonable price, and my kids ask for Domino’s by name. Never an upset customer here after ordering from this Domino’s.

This Domino’s has ruined all Domino’s for me. All I wanted was some cheesy bread and a small pizza. After waiting for over thirty minutes in the prep stage, I knew something and I called. It took over twenty minutes for anyone to pick up the phone after calling multiple times. The person who picked up just goes “we’re closed,” proceeds to cancel my order, and when I mentioned that they should change the hours of operation on their website she just tsked and sarcastically told me to have a nice night. Usually I’m patient in situations like these (these people makee minimum wage and working is difficult during Covid), yet this was inexcusable. Do not order from here if you still wish to enjoy the childhood nostalgia of pull apart cheesy bread, because now all I can think of is this hatred.
