Had a wonderful experience this evening at Legends. By far the best barbecue in Clarksville! I ordered the Ooey Gooey sandwich and had baked beans, potato salad, and a banana pudding dessert. Food was fantastic and so was the service. Very clean and recently remodeled inside. Highly recommend every one try this restaurant if looking for some good barbecue!

Tried Legends today for the first time…it was so good and the service was great they were so nice! They checked on us numerous times to make sure everything was good. The pulled pork nachos were my fav! Definitely try the one on Wilma Rudolph out!

Excellent food and service! They have some of the best bbq I’ve tried in all of Clarksville. Hubby loved the fried okra and the slaw. Everything had we ate had a great seasoned flavor. They got some delicious sauces that would go great with anything. We loved it! The oreo banana pudding is the bomb, and I would have had it made into a shake if I was more hungry. I’ll have to try it next time.

Legends is a vast improvement over the previous tenant, Whitt’s BBQ. The lady at the counter took our order and processed it quickly and efficiently. I had a beef brisket sandwich with two sides {green beans and vinegar slaw). My wife had the Ooey Gooey which was a smoked pork sandwich on toast with macaroni and cheese served on top of the pork. I must say that the meats were very good. Excellent smokey flavor on both. The green beans were a highlight. They were well-seasoned. The vinegar slaw was fair. There was nothing that really bound the slaw dressing to the cabbage, so it was like chewing on a bunch of purple cabbage. It just needs work. The Ooey Gooey had one major flaw in that the mac and cheese was scooped out of a baking pan into the sandwich and there were several dry/hard spots that were very crunchy and should not have found their way to the plate. Fountain soda refills are available, but you have to inquire of the cashier to get them. Would be nice if they had self-serve in the dining room, but there’s not much space for it. For a new location, this was very good.

I have to say this place is amazing. I give it 5 out of 5. I can not find a fault. The gentleman I talked to yesterday (I believe is the owner) was amazing and kind. He knows what he’s got and he know it’s good. My son and I have fallen in love with this place. I’ve now eaten it two days in a row. Pulled chicken yesterday and pulled pork today. The banana pudding is so where it’s at. I’ll recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys for awesome food and awesome service. Ps the Mac and cheese will change your life.

The beef brisket was amazing. You don’t need bbq sauce, but when you add the sauce, it takes the sandwich on another level. The owner and staff were very polite. Definitely go will go back.

Some of the best bbq and smoked chicken my husband and I have ever had. The portions are very generous and prices are very fair. I highly recommend this establishment, very clean and very friendly. I especially love their distillery barrel sinks 😉
