I want to vomit!!!!!!! I just ordered sesame chicken and white rice. I was too hungry to wait to get to my destination so I pulled over I. The parking lot to eat. About 3/4 thru, a long hair at least 12 inches was entangled in my rice. I pulled right back inside and demanded my money back. It came with a side which of course ai started drinking and he wanted to charge me for the soda. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Take your raggedy soda and I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. They are nasty. As I came to leave a review, I see someone e had the same thing just 4 months ago. Omg. I told them if they didn’t give me my money I would take the hair to a lab for dna testing. The man came from the back and was yelling at the girl who appeared to be the daughter and the woman sitting down. He told her to give me my money and I took it and left. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am seriously sick to my stomach.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM CHINA MOON IN HILLSBOROUGH!!!! I found a long black hair in my food and immediately closed the container to return it. My husband understandably, being completely grossed out, stopped eating his food as well. We go to return it and the woman (possibly the owner) begins arguing with my husband saying that the hair is “not any of their employees hair” and did not want to refund us. Mind you, the hair was literally baked into the rice. After almost 15 mins of back and forth with no apology whatsoever from any of the employees, she ended up only refunding my meal and not my husband’s because he “ate some of it already”. UNREAL! We obviously will never return and I just had to warn all of you as well. Cleary unsanitary food, with even worse customer service.

Has really gone downhill while prices keep going up. Got so called sweet & sour chicken that was pretty much chewy fried dough and they forgot the sauce. Dumplings are now doughy yuk, and no dipping sauce. After going here many years, we will not return.

I order delivery from here off the apps and always request hot sauce packets through the apps and sometimes I call and tell them to include them.. Despite calls and requests, they never include them.. You guys need to pay more attention to these simple requests otherwise people will take their business elsewhere.

I’m in the middle of a move and had been going the whole day with no food. Decided to stop at this place for take out around 7:30pm. So exhausted and looking for some good food. Wow, what a disappointing experience! The young girl in the front was SO aloof and I felt like I was bothering her. I ordered veggie fried rice and had to get something else due to the minimum order if you use your card. My choice was chicken and green beans but was told they ran out. Chose chicken with snow peas. The food wasn’t good. Chicken had a weird texture and the fried rice was so so. Won’t be going back.

Highly disappointed with customer service. Seems like they don’t want to make money. I walked in to order food and asked the cashier lady to show me the size of a small and large quantity container and she started rolling her eyes and walked in and then I asked her something and she acted like she didn’t hear anything and tried to ignore me by playing with her phone or a register. I walked away.

The food was fine but the service was not. The woman was cold, unfriendly and lazy. She tried very hard to do the minimum and she was the owner. After bringing out my lunch, she never once checked on me or see if everything was OK. Never did she offer me a glass of water or a cup of tea. I dared not even ask her for water since she looked so angry, so I just ate my lunch quietly without water. I will never go there again or even order take-out. Such a lousy service. D+
