Ordered a family fill up through the app to pick up at 9pm on 7/25. I drove 15 min to get it and when I arrived the lobby was closed already. So I went through the drive through. I was informed they did not have my order because they did not have any chicken left. I tried to contact someone through their contact form, the app via chat as well as their 1-800 number. For the last two days I haven’t been able to get in contact with someone! I tried to go to the store to see if they would just make my order this time but they told me to call the 1-800 number! So I did again in their lobby I was on hold for 10 min before getting disconnected AGAIN!

I only use drive thru and usually the staff is pretty nice and friendly. However if unask for something made fresh depending on whos working they will tell you it just came up and its a 50/50 on if their lying or not. And then other times they do it and the food is great!

I ordered a famous bowl and a lemon mini cake tonight. First of all they forgot the cake!!!. Second I tried calling twice let it ring for a long time and no one answered. I went through the drive thru on my way to work now I can’t get back there until Thursday. I’m frustrated right now. They have friendly staff but they need to pay more attention to their job then talking to each other.

I wanted dine in . The door was locked They could not be heared over specker left off Mac and cheese put in I fry,s , have been there before and they only put 2 pickles on both sandwiches and put hot sauce on one , WE HAD TOLD THEM UP NO HOT SAUCE

My husband and I went for a late lunch on 02-25-2023 @ 1:30 pm. The inside was closed no sign on the door stating anything. We went by drive-thru they are taking one order at a time. They may be short staffed but at least put a sign on the door. It seems fast food restaurants are closing the inside a lot recently.
