When asked about recommendations she answered happily and introduced me to my new favorite meal from Shane’s . The service from Aishiona was exceptional, she made sure the restaurant was clean and stocked ! Also the food came out in a timely manner piping hot.

I must admit my very first time ordering food here was in 2020 and I stated I would never again… it was the midst of covid and my food wasn’t right…… Then someone provided staff lunch towards the end of 2022 and it peaked my interested. I have since come through quite a few times over the last year and every time I come I am greeted with kindess and patience while I make decisions… and BBQ that I absolutely love. Today (8/24/23) I decided to stop in a do something I had never tried before and the 2 ladies working the front were so very helpful in answering my questions to help feed my family at an affordable rate. Our food was great quality and fresh as it was still hot when I got home.

Good Bar B Q, no vinegar taste. Ribs were cold asked to put in microwave they said they didn’t have one. Took all items back this did make me wonder, cringe. It looked like I got new fries and okra too. Ribs were hot this time and fries and okra hot just as they were originally. Want to know if you are in love tear into some ribs (the messiest food here), and see if your date ghosts you or is impressed, haha. This place has the best peach cobbler, that I’ve ever had, you can get the fried okra, extra crispy or without, so I believe in the app, make sure you get the okra when they first open for the day is the tastiest. The bathrooms are very clean and they use safeguard soap.

Ribs were dry, sauce was good, bread was plain, not toasted with garlic butter, tea was good, macaroni and Cheese was good, beans were good, service at counter was good. I would of gave 4 stars if ribs weren’t dried out and the Texas toast was what you advertised.

A very sweet and kind young woman, Marticia (I may be spelling her name incorrectly) went above and beyond for my family. Upon entering the location my daughter saw coloring pages other children had done. I asked if there were anymore and there were not. But she insisted on printing one for her! I also have a younger daughter who was asleep But when Marticia saw she had woke up she did not hesitate to print her one off either. Absolutely wonderful girl and a excellent member of any work force!!

Ok I’ve placed curbside orders here 3 times. I was super excited my first time since it was something new. The food was hot and amazing. They didn’t do my customization for sweet potatoe fries but no problem. However the girl who brought my order to me looked like she hated life. Never spoke just handed me my order thru the passenger side window. Ok let’s give them another shot because I really liked the chicken fingers. 2nd visit, curbside was supposed to be ready at 7:42pm. At 8:03pm when it still had not been brought out, I walked in. Restaurant wasn’t packed at all, but the cashier (a different girl) also appeared to hate life and all the customers waiting on to go orders. After waiting about 7 min for others to order, I told her I had a to go supposed to be ready at 742 0n. She said oh here is the ticket. So I asked if it had even been started and she said no. So I asked for a refund which I received. 3rd time, I placed order and I waited 30 minutes after the scheduled time since it took so long last time and so it would be ready. They brought it out immediately and this time the cashier was a little more friendly. So with all this said, Shane’s please get it together

The afternoon was sunny and then our dinner was not good. The chopped chicken was cold, and the bread was not toasted nor buttered. Just plain white bread. Chicken tenders and fries were hot but ribs lukewarm. Yes, for $35, we expected way better than warm! Total score 0.0 for today! Cold food gives you indigestion, I really should ask for a Refund!
