i’ve gone here since i can’t even remember and ever since this new staff recently it’s either alright or awful. they leave the bags open so things get cold and my toast is burnt every time recently in the morning and i don’t have time to go back when i’m already on the road , ive also had to send my boyfriend back in with my coffee on the way to work before multiple times bc it tastes like water and they don’t do anything different when they remake it. i work in the food industry and i understand sometimes but they also have straight up ignored me when i’ve tried taking to someone about something missing . even if that part isn’t your job shouldn’t you respond ?

I go to this Dunkin all the time and service is starting to go down hill. 9/10 something is wrong with my order or forgotten. Or donuts are thrown in bag messily and frosting everywhere but on the donut. It’s starting to get annoying and might be soon looking for a new one to go too. I will say there are some great employees working there that do a great job and very nice! It’s unfortunate the mistakes and things like that are overshadowing them now.
