I ordered online and asked my son to pick up the food. I had ordered two items but the employees at the store only gave him one. He didn’t realize I had ordered anything other than the pizza. I reached out to the owner and when he called me back, I wasn’t available to speak to him, so he left me a voice mail. The message was basically “call me back if you want me to do anything to fix this for you”. He sounded like he couldn’t care less; I wonder why he even bothered to call. I guess he felt that the ball was in my court and he made no more effort to do anything. So, in terms of customer service, this place fumbled it pretty bad.

I’ve stopped coming to this location for various reasons, but I came in 3 times this past week, and let me just say your new manager is utterly AMAZING. Very friendly, very nice, such a peach!! Service was amazing, pizza is made way better, you can just taste the freshness! People will literally walk in and she’d call them out by name, everyone greeted her as if they knew her personally! Your location WILL go places with her around.

I love the pizza here, it is my go to pizza place. However, I have not gotten pizza at least 3 or 4 times because the coupon I got in my email would not work. So frustrating. I put in my order and the coupon doesn’t work, so I just shut my bowser. Do better.

I’m not sure but the second go-around with Papa Murphy’s did not go as expected. I got the extra large New York style pizza, two of them. And when I bake them for some reason the center of the pizza would not bake properly. I left it in for a few more minutes to try to get it to set but it burnt the pizza.

I ordered a sausage and Pepperoni pizza and half Mushrooms Peppers half Sausage and Spinach . Garlic bread. Only disappointed that I had to bake it myself didn’t pay attention to the directions but at least I was able to eat it right from the oven hot and fresh !
