I had never been there before, and I honestly was not highly impressed. The service was typical of any fast food restaurant. The burger was good, but I didn’t see all the hype about the place. We ordered take out. The fries were good , but I didn’t get them fresh off the fryer. I’m sure that would have been better. I did enjoy the fact that I was able to get sautéed mushrooms and onions on my burger.

Burgers and fries from here are always top-notch and they always get our order correct. Sometimes they can seem to take a little longer to prep our order when there are not too many customers inside, but that can be from online orders ahead of your order number, but they’re still on top of everything. Tables, floors, and all-around is always clean, never seen trash or messes needing cleaned up and never had or seen any issues with employees.

I was very unpleasant with the food. The fries were cold and soggy, sopped with grease and the burgers were the same. Too pricey for the quality of the food… or is it the employees? Idk. It sucked. Up front, blunt and honest. Worst I’d had from anywhere in years!

Went in to get a quick lunch, demeanor of the cashier was RUDE, but still continued to order. Just so happen to forget my card in the car and ran to get it . Cashier told me They would not serve me due to me running back out. But how? I’ll never come again.

I rarely have burgers anymore (downside of training for marathons) but when I have a burger craving, Five Guys is where I go. My meal of choice is a cheeseburger (default is 2 patties, can get a junior burger with 1 patty) with lettuce, pickle, and mayo and a side of fries. The burgers are made to order and when they call your number and hand you the grease-soaked paper bag, you know you’re in for a treat. The fries are fresh with the skin on them and while the burger isn’t fancy in any way, the taste just can’t be beat. If I could rate the food 6 stars, I’d absolutely do it.
